Return

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately. My jewelry has a 100% satisfaction guarantee - return the piece in its original condition for any reason within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. Shipping fees are non refundable and you are responsible to ship item back in a secure method. We will issue a full refund when we receive the item back. Custom orders CAN NOT be returned.
Please be aware that some of the slight imperfections you may see on natural semi-precious stones and turquoise beads are normal occurrences. We believe they do enhance the beauty of the pieces.

Payment

We accept payments via Paypal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you don't need to sign up to use their service, and can pay directly through their site by credit card. We also accept bank transfer.
Payment is expected immediately after order is placed.
Please contact me if there is a delay or problems with Paypal.
If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Estimated shipping times

Items ship within 1-3 business days after receiving payment, unless notified otherwise. Custom orders processing time will be noted in the custom order listing. All items are shipped via Finland priority mail. This usually takes about 5-10 days to arrive to the USA. It doesn't provide tracking information. In case your package gets lost on its way home, Malas by Mahsan is not taking any responsibilities.

Upgrades

Tracking option is also available for an additional 18 euros at check out.
EMS/UPS delivery is also available for an additional 30 euros. This takes about 3-5 business days to arrive. Please contact me if you wish to upgrade to this option.

Packaging

Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a Linnen Pouch to prevent the item from scratching and tarnishing. The bag is carefully shipped in a bubble wrap mailer.

Confirmation

Email will be send to confirm the package was shipped.

International Custom

We don't take any responsibilities for any international custom fees if occurs.
